Eric Blake
President, Director of Sales and Development

Eric Blake is a veteran in the telecommunications industry, specializing in sales, service and the design of business strategies for other organizations during the past five years. His ability to develop policies and procedures, outsource, and improve productivity for companies for whom he has worked and IPTG customers has saved large sums of money that has be redirected into working capital to help grow these businesses. He is a much sought-after consultant too. Mr. Blake oversees IPTG’s sales and development and holds certification and training for telephone system sales from Avaya and for installation programming and sales on Altigen Systems.

Donna Grimes
Director of Operations and Technology

Donna Grimes brings more than a decade of telecommunications experience to IP Telecom Group Inc. (IPTG). As director of operations and technology, Grimes is responsible for the organization’s operations and technical training, and the tactical execution of marketing services, customer service and corporate communications efforts. She also oversees staff training. Prior to joining IPTG, Grimes operated EDG Consulting Services, a consultancy that focused on the training of telecommunications equipment and systems. Grimes is a certified “Master Trainer” for Lucent Technologies, and is certified to train individuals on the installation, programming, procurement, inventory control, marketing and business management of telecommunications systems.
