Remote Support

IPTG has developed and deployed a virtual remote response center to quickly identify and correct many problems with your telecommunications solution without having to send a technician to your site. This allows us to quickly review, and if possible, correct the problem at your site. This, in turn, ensures minimal downtime of your equipment. If the Remote Response Center cannot resolve the problem, a technician will be dispatched to your site. The Remote Response Center is staffed by fully-certified Technicians.
